Professional experience

• Domenico started his career in 1996 and has more than twenty-five years of experience in private practice, in the fields of corporate finance, M&A, corporate assistance and debt restructuring.
• Domenico acts as advisor to Italian and foreign corporations, private equity funds, banks and financial institutions and deals with many different types of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, LBOs, financing transactions, operational and debt restructuring, joint ventures, corporate governance and turnarounds, and corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration.
• In Lexalia since 2022, from 2000 to 2005 he worked with Macchi di Cellere Gangemi, and from 2006 to 2012, with Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners. In 2013 Domenico set up his own independent boutique law firm, which joined Lexalia in 2013.
• In 2014 he joined as a partner the boutique firm HNF Avvocati, where he worked until 2016. In 2016, he founded the boutique firm NASaW Avvocati, of which he has been a partner until 2022.
• Domenico is often a speaker at conferences regarding corporate, M&A and insolvency matters, and writes for domestic and international legal reviews.

Education

Domenico graduated in Law maxima cum laude with Pavia University in 1996 and is a member of the Taranto Bar and also admitted to the Supreme Court and other Higher Courts.

Domenico is also a member of the International Bar Association and the TMA – Turnaround Management Association.
