Professional experience

• Giuliano has an extensive experience in the field of intellectual and industrial property, advertising, competition and commercial law and provides his assistance and advice, also in court cases, to Italian and international companies.
  

• He represents and assists clients before any Courts, national, international and EU trademark offices, and before the Italian Customs Authority in relation to domestic and EU Customs anti-counterfeit procedures. He also manages on a worldwide basis trademark portfolios through a selected international network of specialized law firms.

• During his career, Giuliano has also gained extensive experience in trademark, patent, unfair competition and protection of secret information and confidential know-how litigation.

• Giuliano is admitted before the Supreme Court and the Higher Courts. He started his independent professional activity in 2004, after working at Fusi and associates since 1998.

• On a regular basis, he releases articles and materials in the field of IP for a leading publishing company.

Education

Giuliano received a graduation from the University of Pavia in 1996, where he was an Alumnus of Collegio Ghislieri.

He was an exchange student at the St. John’s College Cambridge – UK for research activity in comparative civil procedure.
