• Gianluca began practising in 1996 in a leading Italian tax and law firm, where he was made associate partner since 2006.
• He practices corporate tax and business reorganizations from both domestic and international sides.
• He deals with advisory in tax and corporate matters for clients operating in the fashion and luxury sector.
• Gianluca has significant expertise in transfer pricing and tax litigation.
• He is a statutory auditor in and a member of the supervisory body of major domestic and multinational companies.
• He is member of the International Tax Committee of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants.

Education

Gianluca has a degree maxima cum laude in economics and business administration from Università “L. Bocconi” and was admitted to the Order of Certified Public Accountants of Milan (“Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili”) in 1998.

He has been registered with the Register of Auditors (“Registro dei Revisori Legali”) since 2000.
