• Andrea has an extensive and long-standing experience in the practice areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganizations and structured finance.
  
• In the context of extraordinary transactions, he has, furthermore, gained an expertise in the development of real estate projects involving construction works,acquisitions and divestment of assets and stakes, lease of assets and going concerns.
• Andrea provides assistance on a continuative basis to major industrial groups as to commercial contracts, corporate governance and compliance matters.
• He started his professional activity in 2000 in Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners and continued it in Italian and international leading law firms such as Macchi di Cellere Gangemi, Lovells LLP and Giliberti Pappalettera Triscornia.
• In 2009, he joined the Fujitsu Group (Italy) as Head of Corporate and Legal Affairs.
• In 2010, he started his independent professional activity. In 2013, he founded the independent boutique law firm Lexalia.

Education

Andrea received graduation from the Libera Università degli Studi Sociali (Luiss Guido Carli) in Rome in 1999.

In 2000, he received an LLM in International and Comparative Company Law from the University of London.
