Professional experience

• Nicola provides assistance to domestic and multinational employers and has acquired significant experience representing clients in court and out-of-court proceedings.
• He has been involved in numerous M&As and was in charge of the related labour law issues and of the negotiations with the trade unions.
• Furthermore, he has experience of dealing with corporate reorganization procedures, advising companies at all stages of the process.
• He has taken part in the drafting of collective bargaining agreements, including at a national level, providing advice and assistance to employers’ associations and individual employers at all stages of the negotiations with the in-house, territorial and national trade unions.
• He regularly represents companies in a broad range of employment related matters, including litigation concerning employees, independent workers, agency staff and cases involving Trade Unions.
• Until December 2011, he worked for major domestic and international firms (either specialized in Employment Law, such as Studio Legale Pulsoni, or multidisciplinary law firms such as Ughi e Nunziante), while in January 2012 he started his independent professional activity. In January 2012 he started his independent professional activity.
• He is a member of the Italian bar and is also admitted before the Supreme Court and the Higher Courts.
