Professional experience

• Massimo assist Italian and foreign companies in complex issues related to Labour Law, Social Security Law and Trade Unions Legislation.
• He has a significant experience in the extrajudicial assistance in the matters connected with Labour Law relating with extraordinary operations and in the drafting of clauses of Collective Bargaining Agreements relating with Industrial relations.
• Massimo assists Italian and Foreign Companies in drafting Collective Bargaining Agreements at Company level and the contracts of employees and Managers, dealing also with agency contracts and other forms of co-operation.
• He assisted the same Companies in all the pending litigation relating with the employment relationships or with the agency contracts accruing a significative experience in this field.
• He worked for primary domestic and International Law Firms such as Allen&Overy and Ughi e Nunziante until December 2011, while in January 2012 he started his independent professional activity.
