Andrea deals with the registration and protection, through both judicial and extrajudicial assistance, of various intellectual property rights as well as commercial law issues.
He provides his activity to national and international companies, in IP and commercial matters, with particular focus on issues in the areas of new technologies, communication and digital innovation.
He also gained significant experience in trademark, patent, unfair competition and protection of secret information litigation and commercial litigation.
After a first experience in Lexalia as a trainee, he worked with Professor Cesare Galli’s law firm in Milan office from 2018 until the end of 2021 and in a boutique firm in 2022.
He releases articles and materials in the field of IP and commercial for a leading publishing company.

Andrea received a graduation from the University of Pavia in 2018 and is a member of the Milan Bar from January 2021.
