      Giuliano has an extensive experience in the field of intellectual and industrial property<\/strong>, advertising, competition and commercial law<\/strong> and provides his assistance and advice, also in court cases, to Italian and international companies.

      He represents and assists clients before any Courts, national, international and EU trademark offices, and before the Italian Customs Authority in relation to domestic and EU Customs anti-counterfeit procedures.
