    • Nicola provides assistance to domestic and multinational employers<\/strong> and has acquired significant experience representing clients in court and out-of-court proceedings<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • He has been involved in numerous M&As<\/strong> and was in charge of the related labour law issues and of the negotiations with the trade unions.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Furthermore, he has experience of dealing with corporate reorganization procedures<\/strong>, advising companies at all stages of the process.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • He has taken part in the drafting of collective bargaining agreements<\/strong>, including at a national level, providing advice and assistance to employers\u2019 associations and individual employers at all stages of the negotiations with the in-house, territorial and national trade unions.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • He regularly represents companies in a broad range of employment related matters, including litigation concerning employees, independent workers, agency staff and cases involving Trade Unions.<\/span><\/li>\n
